Matthew 18:3<BR/>I love the simplicity and transparancy of children. Had a similar experience a few weeks ago. I was at a mini-camp for kids and in the morning when I was doing my quiet time, two girls sat watching. I asked if they wanted to hear a Bible story and they nodded. I thought of a simple story and read them the one about the feeding of the 5000. Their eyes were wide. They wanted more and I ended up reading them about four chapters worth of various things. As I read I was aware of all the difficult words and impossible concepts, and were they bored yet, and do they understand? But they sat transfixed, and when I finished, smiled and skipped off to play. The Bible is so complex. But it's so simple. It's God's Word. Wish I could be more child-like in appreciating and being wowed by it!Shirley Șerbanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00268283135463936748noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7902992.post-43157041149671155192007-02-08T01:24:00.000+00:002007-02-08T01:24:00.000+00:00"simplicity is complicated"
That is an exceptiona..."simplicity is complicated"<br /><br />That is an exceptionally good line. It's always good to remember that our simple conclusions are based on very complicated grounds.Tomhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09568054239189652188noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7902992.post-86124210029633068952007-02-08T00:35:00.000+00:002007-02-08T00:35:00.000+00:00Jesus loves me this I know because the Bible tells...Jesus loves me this I know because the Bible tells me so.
