Last of the y ear

So all that time I though I would have for reflection and writing has zipped by, only to filled with the joy of family and lots of fun - so no regrets!

Before I get to the next year though, I thought I should stop by and wish you all 'Happy New Year'  I hope 2011 is a good one for you and yours.  God bless, and I will leave you with my thought for the New Year from the Midweek Herald....

Thanks for the thought "Al". I resolve to be a "tangier" Tango Man next year and to meet the challenge of each new day with zing, plenty of biffo and the odd kerplatz! Will be into 2011 before I hear from you again. Cheers!

In the 70s there was a popular poster that read, "Today is the first day of the rest of your life." I always wondered if whoever wrote that was a believer. God gives fresh starts every day. Praise God!

Oh! And I forgot to say Happy New Year!

Happy New Year, Alastair, may 2011 fulfill all of your needs, some of your wants, and a couple of your dreams; and may it also leave plenty for you to look forward to in the future.

Thanks Quilly, and that is possibly the best new year 'blessing' I have ever heard - Happy New Year to you and yours!
